Tax:  All rates subject to 10% Riverside County Transient Occupancy Tax
Rates:  Rates subject to change without notice.  Current rates are valid until March 31, 2008.
Minimum Nights Restrictions:  2 nights weekends, 3 nights on 3-day weekends/holidays, 4 nights holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
Deposits:  One night deposit due at time of reservation; balance due prior to checkout.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Personal Checks welcome ($20 service charge for returned checks).
Cancellations:  Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival date for non-holidays, 4 weeks for holidays and group reservations.  5% fee on all cancellations.
